Acceptable use policy
Last updated August 2026
Justikail may be used only to access systems you own or have explicit, documented authorisation to access. If you cannot demonstrate that authorisation, do not use this service.
Prohibited uses
You must not use Justikail to:
- Access, control or maintain access to any system without authorisation.
- Operate command-and-control infrastructure, botnets, or persistence for malware.
- Anonymise or relay traffic in order to conceal the origin of an attack.
- Attack, scan or disrupt third-party networks, including denial-of-service activity.
- Distribute malware, stolen credentials or stolen data.
- Circumvent the platform's own limits, isolation or auditing.
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
Why this policy is strict
Tooling that reaches machines behind a firewall is genuinely useful for operators, and equally attractive to intruders. We would rather be explicit about the line and enforce it than pretend the risk does not exist.
How we enforce it
- Email verification is required before creating a connection.
- Rate limits and per-account caps apply to sessions.
- Outbound access from the terminal service is restricted to the relay network.
- Session metadata is logged for abuse investigations. Terminal contents are not recorded.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and cooperate with lawful requests.
Reporting abuse
If you believe Justikail is being used against your systems, report it here and include timestamps and any relevant addresses. We investigate abuse reports and act on confirmed violations.
