The most important line on this page: we do not record the contents of your terminal sessions. No keystrokes, no command output, no session replay.
What we collect
- Account data. Name, email address, hashed password, and two-factor settings.
- Connection configuration. The label and description you choose, and your connection secret in encrypted form.
- Session metadata. Which connection was used, start and end time, why the session ended, and the originating IP address.
- Security logs. Sign-in attempts and authorisation failures, kept to detect abuse.
What we do not collect
- Terminal input or output, in any form.
- Plaintext connection secrets in logs, responses, or analytics.
- Third-party advertising or cross-site tracking data.
Why we process it
To operate your account, establish the sessions you request, enforce limits, detect and investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. Given what this service does, an audit trail is a security necessity rather than a convenience.
Retention
Account and connection data is kept while your account exists. Audit retention depends on your plan — see the pricing page. Deleting a connection scrubs its stored secret.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service, or where required by law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent by closing your account. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a token to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. The public marketing pages set no tracking cookies.
