Terms of service
Last updated August 2026
Justikail is in beta. These terms are a plain-language summary for the beta period and will be replaced by a full agreement before general availability. They are not legal advice.
1. The service
Justikail provides a web-based terminal to servers you control, reached through a relay. During beta the service is provided free of charge.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and verify it.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Justikail only against systems you own or are authorised to access. The acceptable use policy forms part of these terms, and breaching it may result in immediate suspension.
4. Your content and credentials
You retain ownership of everything you store. You grant us only the access required to operate the service. We do not record terminal contents. See the privacy policy.
5. Availability
During beta the service is provided "as is", without a service level agreement. Features may change and interruptions may occur. Keep independent access to your own infrastructure; do not rely on Justikail as your only way in.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justikail is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of a free beta service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the acceptable use policy, and may discontinue the beta with reasonable notice.
8. Changes
We will update this page when these terms change and revise the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
